Noelene Murray registered as a migration agent in 2000 with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry. She is the spokesperson for small and medium Western Australian business clients and has been successful in influencing government immigration policies.

While successfully involved with implementing lobbying strategies on behalf of her clients, Noelene has also been representing clients at the Migration Review Tribunal.

Kelly is Senior Business Development Manager for Perdaman Global Services, having been a valued team member since 2011. Kelly has a strong understanding of cross-cultural business and communication, and she is committed to maintaining and improving PGS’s reputation for high-quality service. Prior to joining Perdaman, Kelly was the HR adviser of a Chinese State-owned mining company in Perth. Kelly holds a master’s degree in international business and a bachelor’s degree in commerce (management) from the University of Adelaide, and more recently has acquired certification as a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor. Kelly helps develop business strategies and expand networks for several of Perdaman’s business endeavours.
